Glad you are still with us my Warrior Brother! I will pray for your healthy recovery. If you develop complications please consider seeing a "Chiari Malformation Specialist". There are only a handful of these specialists in the country but well worth your time and efforts is seeking one out. Please know that just because a NS professes to be a specialist does not make it so. A true specialist is a NS who has performed thousands of successful decompression surgeries and has made a career of chiari a related conditions. :( i wonder if i have chiari mslformstion . i been hsve pain in back of hesd unable to work my speech changed and memory changed and i become psrslized . im so terrified these doctors say im pretending thst its anxiety

What I recommend is that you research neurosurgeons in your area and see if you can find any that have experience with Chiari. If you can find one, see if you can make an appointment with them, and tell them every single symptom that you’ve been experiencing and request that they do an MRI of your neck to see if they can see anything.
