Practice in a park and neutral lol. Then practice holding break lightly as you blip the throttle. Over and over and it will be easier once you trying while driving.
depends what the issue is, but replacing the gearbox oil with Honda MTF is a good start. Look at your clutch master rod adjustment, then if the master and slave have air/ are leaking. Shifter cable and bushing as well.
It ref matches when shifting down, matches the rpm to the speed to sustain durability of your gearbox, basically the car prefers you to ref match, but it’s not a necessity
