My claim was for 169$ (149$ blood work and 20$ documentation) however my claim has processed and they are only allowing me a refund of 30$ with the below comment: “We aren’t able to pay the full amount of this expense. This benefit plan pays what OHIP covers” Would you have any idea what went wrong here?

Do you know the expiration of insurance policy?
You should contact CSI and confirm with them. If they don't have an answer then call customer service of your insurance provider.

I am not sure about securian canada method. I used this(shown in the video) process to claim. So, I received a cheque through mail.
