I have a doubt about the deep sleep state. The reason why I say I had a sound sleep is because after waking up I know that I am fine and nothing happened to me , so my mind gives a logic that I must be sleeping. Please throw some light on this. I have profound belief on Vedanta but just a little short of truly experiencing consciousness , please help me .

Mata ji, sādar prańam🙏🙏 We feel blessed for this series undertaken by Vivekvani for our ādhyātmik upliftment. However, the timeline, which is being used in the talks, for our civilasational milestones, is the same which was given to us, in the late 19th or early 20th century, by western Indologists and Asiatic Society of India. These people, to push their colonial agenda, have totally corrupted our history and its timeline. Our indigenous rulers, after independence in 1947, continued to push the agenda of their erstwhile colonial masters till now. Western Indologist, to overcome their feeling of inferiority and to push the agenda of the Church, cooked up the theory of "Aryan Invasion " and gave it a timeline of ~1500BCE. They tried to cram up the whole Indian history in this period. In 78CE, Indian astronomers did corrections to śaka (शक) era and hereafter called it śakānt (शकान्त) or Shālivāhan śaka era. Western Indologists declared 78CE as start of śaka era and indigenous Indologists also meekly accepted it. Whereas today's research confirms that śaka era began in 583BCE - so an error of 661 years crept in. Thus the timeline for Bhagvān Ādi Shankrāchārya is 509BCE and not 8th century CE. Western Indologists wrongly said that Chandragupt Maurya was contemporary of Alexander and he was also disciple of Jain Muni Bhadrabahu. Thus they made both Bhagvān Mahāvir and Bhagvān Buddha as contemporaries (which is not true) and put Buddha Nirvāna in 483BCE. Whereas today's research confirms Buddha Nirvāna in 1864BCE - so an error of ~1380 years crept in. Many indigenous Indologists put Mahābhārat in 32nd century BCE but few of them have put it in 56th century BCE. Vedās have a timeline of 20,000+ years to 5,000+ years. Also, when addressing western audience (and also while speaking to Indian audience in English), we generally use WESTERN TERMINOLOGY and this gives wrong impression to lay western audience (and confuses Indian audience as well). This happens because there are many Sanskrit words which have no correct equivalent word in English and can not be simply translated. eg - Brahman or Ishwar ≠ God Devtā ≠ god or demigod Ātmā ≠ soul Moksha ≠ salvation Svarga or narka ≠ heaven or hell Dhyāna or samādhi ≠ meditation Rākshas ≠ demon or devil Avatār ≠ paigambar or son of God Karma ≠ action Chitta ≠ a mental faculty or conscious mental activity etc etc So we must keep reminding our audience, particularly western.
