Nice review, I have this knife and quite a few in ebony. I was a cabinet maker by trade and always used mineral oil for fine pieces. It keeps the wood full and plump. So just keep them oiled up and you won’t have any shrinkage on the covers.
Thank you for your advice. Would you say lightly whipe down the covers with some mineral oil on a rag? Or give it a soaking? Or I was thinking of buying renaissance wax to keep em good
