The music at the end made the tree look like it was mid-swag, leanin back like a hood suckle

Thank you 🙂 It's nice to have a tree where the trunk is already established and I can now work on the branching!

Do I need to disinfect the tools before using them? I have read that if I don't, the tree may be infected with a virus and the whole tree may die. Thanks in advance for the answer.

It is good practice to yes, more reason to if you had just been working on an infected tree! A dilute solution of hydrogen peroxide works well!

Hi Adam, Lonicera is beautiful. But Honeysuckle sounds gorgeous 😄 Love yours. What is your guess about the age of this tree? The trunk is really big. 😍 I do have 3 Honeysuckles, dug out from a place where they have been moved with the lawn on a regularly base. Thanks for lots of valuable inputs. Cheers 🙋‍♀️ Martina

Hey! I am unsure on the exact age of this tree! I'd say at least 10 years old 🙂 It was always kept in a pot!

The bark at the bottom of the trunk has a really beautiful twist on it. Looks great.

Lonicera nitida, a bit brittle to bend i have found but back budding brilliantly after its first styling. Yours has a thicker trunk so a bit older i think. Keep growing.xx

You are right! Once the branches fully harden off it can be really brittle! 😅
