Ironic how ETSY include Customer Service standards as their own CS is absolute CRAP!. Once you eventually find the contact us button, then you speak with a BOT who is completely ineffective.

Whats about a "return policy" when you sell digital products?
Good question... it's more for physical products...but obviously for digital products, do have a refund policy...so if the customer has any issues, you are happy to resolve anything, eg: problem with downloading or to simply refund them, if they are not happy. 🙌

Etsy lowers brand perception. Big brands don’t want to sell on Etsy.
I do think, they want the regular Etsy seller to have more customer loyalty and trust, which in turn brings them more sales and ultimately gives the Etsy machine more 💰
