This song (in particular this version) means so much to me. I showed this to my good friend Luke who had a deep appreciation for music, like myself. He fell in love with Royal Blood, and we would blast them while working on people's roofs. Luke was a great person, and every single day I miss him.

If this was a Raconteurs song, it would start with Brennan, the drums, and an acoustic. Then, an organ would come in with the bass-range during the second chorus, and at 3:05 Jack would start singing through to the chorus, full band at the chorus through to the end.
I dunno why I thought this but I did.

how is that acoustic guitar giving out that tone?
It's an electric acoustic, he's usually pretty secretive about effects and shit but it's pretty clear to see he just amped up the treble.
He usually has an octave pedal and running his guitar through both a bass amp and guitar amp on separate channels to get that signature sound. Of course without his fuzz and distortion pedals for this.

Just find the tuning for the original, I believe it's c# standard if memory serves me correctly
its just down 1 full step from standard tuning
minor E in a C tuned guitar... or minor C in a standard tuned guitar ;), but like the one in the video is in a C tuned guitar but you'll never feel it if you don't switch an amp to treble

The tubing is C standard, chords are C, A, E and the end bit is C.D,A. The intro section is the same as the regular song but three frets higher and with the E chord instead of just open E
