I love the message about our Lord and Savior. Anywho, try to implement intermittent fasting into your daily routine and try to at least workout 4 days a week. Don’t overthink it. I know you’re a foodie but you don’t have to stop eating what you like…. Moderation is key. When it comes to working out… stick to what you love. (Walking and bike riding) You got this sis!!!
