Simple Very Soft Fruits Roll cake || Japanese Style Roll Cake

Roll cake is really soft and it has simple ingredients rather than Cake. I have a leftover in can and strawberries in the refirgerator so i make this cake.

For the Roll cake filling
150ml whip cream　　　生クリーム
10~14 gram of Sugar　　砂糖
can peach, can orange, kiwi and strawberry ( depends to your favorite Fruits)
80gram of cake or all purpose flour　　薄力
4 eggs　　　　　　　　　　　　　　卵
40ml oil　　　　　　　　　　　　　サラダ油　　
40ml water　　　　　　　　　　　お水
4 egg yolks + 30 grams sugar
4 egg whites + 35 gram sugar
