In terms of the sound, they all fall into the emo pop genre thus they might remind of each other. The mv in my opinion is very late 2nd gen and early third gen. That was like a period of emo phase in kpop while it was expanding slowly into other types of genres as well. I've seen a lot of people say this reminds them of 2nd gen and honestly I'm here for it. The reason I became a Stan of bts was bcoz of I need u. That song had this feeling of yearning and so much of emotions and same with a lot of other groups as well. While I do appreciate the current gen's sound as well I was extremely happy to see Ateez bring back this kind of concept and with the inception theme it was extremely fresh too.

When Ateez's 16 minute "diary film" released armys antis were arguing that ATEEZ copied BTS concepts from "love yourself film" which they didn't. Also they were criticizing Jongho for copying Jungkook's red hair style (like does JK own red hair?!). As well, Ateez reached 10 mil in 24 hours with Inception and someone on twitter compared how BTS reached 100 mil+ in 24 hours and mocked Ateez for not reaching as high as BTS. They also hate whenever Ateez do BTS covers (like wtf). So this is just half of the things that us atinys have to go through with immature armys.

ATEEZ to me is the group that is most comparable to (early) bts. They do have a unique sound, their performances are immaculate. Koreas is still sleeping on them but wait 2-3 years and they will rock the whole country. Ateez are huge bts fans and they get inspired by them

I also love both BTS and ATEEZ. I have said from the beginning that if any group could follow BTS I thought it would be ATEEZ. That being said I was very shocked by the Fake Love & Boy in Luv vibes I got. ATEEZ is amazing their concept is great but this video, though its good and I like it, made me think to much of BTS. Now their new video is great to.

When I first got into BTS, I was mesmerized by their performances. Like the way they use their faces made their performances 10x better for me compared to the other groups. Dude they simply just stated that the style reminds him of fake love. It's just human nature that when we see or hear something, we try to relate it to the that we have seen or heard before. At the same you could see how he appreciated the song and mv on its own. The remark was just some seconds long in this whole reaction and yet I see everyone being pissed at his "comparison". I can understand it's due to the hate that the fandom received previously but that doesn't mean you stop someone from making a harmless comment. No offence and I mean this is the kindest way possible since it's your opinion, but the comparison wasn't necessary, especially because every group should be able to do their own thing and formulate their own identity without being compared to another group. I disagree. Reactors should not be forced to their reaction- it's just how he reacts, thinks, how his personality is.
@@vilesleftnostril.4704 Yeah well this is just my opinion as I stated, u don't have to agree. I also did say "since it's your opinion" meaning I acknowledge his opinion, I just didn't agree with it :) You can watch and enjoy reactors and have differing viewpoints.
Dude they simply just stated that the style reminds him of fake love. It's just human nature that when we see or hear something, we try to relate it to the that we have seen or heard before. At the same you could see how he appreciated the song and mv on its own. The remark was just some seconds long in this whole reaction and yet I see everyone being pissed at his "comparison". I can understand it's due to the hate that the fandom received previously but that doesn't mean you stop someone from making a harmless comment. If he had said Ateez were copying bts or something like that, I myself would've been extremely disappointed and pissed about it but honestly in his reaction he said nothing offensive. There will always be comparisons and they are necessary, till there is no hate speech from the reactor, I think it's ok for them to give such opinions
Blairwreols, That’s your take on it, I feel differently and like I said that’s completely fine.Nowhere did I say I was pissed or angry and I also stated that I still enjoyed the reaction despite that. In my original comment I already explained my opinion, which I might point out is a general opinion, meaning I feel this way in regards to any groups and that’s really it.So if u feel differently, that’s fine :) We can agree to disagree.
