1. expectation - too high it takes time to fulfil them, develop capability, reality check
2. impatience in trading - direct trading without back-testing, think 100 times before trade only then all calculations target, SL
3. position sizing - slow and steady process be patient identify how much risk you can take strategy back-testing, forward testing drawdown phase - 1 year practice
4. we are not gods - set up 70% accuracy - probability, winning and loosing , market is superior
5. scaling up - how much can I loose? Can I afford that?

Same happen with me,,,mene 4 din m 35k bnaye the intraday m aur socha tha ki next day Kuch bhi loss m nikalunga,,but loss accept nhi kiya mene aur is greed ki vjh se 1 din m hi 18k loss Kar diya
