- Lauv opened up about his mental health and the inspiration for his song "Sad Forever". I'm so proud of how he has grown & I still can't believe I just met him & heard him sing live literally a few days ago at the New York show. Even though I didn't get into the "My Blue Thoughts" box to share my story but pls know that Lauv's words & songs touched me & I lauv him forever💙💙💙

I saw this video 2 years ago on the day I started taking medication..it wasn't until this week that I started noticing a difference. medication really can help but you just gotta trust the process
