“My journey through Tibet took place in January of 1993. The harsh and unrelenting winter conditions were in full fury during this time of year and discouraged all but the most seasoned and veteran of travellers. The extreme climate, combined with limited outside visitors, allowed me the unique opportunity to experience aspects of Tibetan life rarely seen by Western explorers.
As one of the most intriguing and colorful people of Tibet, the Tibetan Nomads only ventured into the cities during their annual winter pilgrimage to the Monasteries. The range of photographs exhibited offer a seldom seen glimpse into the lives of these unique people and the spiritual relationship with their Monasteries”
