Ok for me, and I don’t see this getting a lot of play outside of hardcore fans like most of modern dancehall. Very strong lyrics as always, but lacks the universal aspects of music: Catchy melody and good production/beats. The last song is best song on the album and that’s an old tune

@@InfamousAWJ a musician said something one time and as I mature with my taste I start realize how true it is. If you can’t “whistle” the melody of a song…the melody not all that. That’s why tunes in foreign languages and even past dancehall hits can have crossover appeal because of the melody and unique beats. An example of that is they don’t know my story by masicka himself. No song on this album comes to it in overall quality. But as I say, great lyrics etc but it won’t push the needle beyond the English speaking Caribbean
Give the album another listen…I would give it a 7.5. But masicka with the right production team capable of pushing out 9s and 10’s
