MMA trainers are incompetent, when it comes to explosiveness. When your opponent takes you down.. you need to MOVE like greased lightning, or like there's a bee in your shorts. Even the top level fighters in the world, don't EXPLODE out of a takedown, like they need to.
There's no rehydration clause. If they meet the weight agreed to fight at and weighed in at the expected weight. She's good. Even though I'm not cool with weight bullies, it Is a part of the game

Helton has zero takedown defense. She should lower her stance and at least fake a shoot, make her opponent wary of open takedown.
