    2 Ingredient Pizza Dough, Pizza Bombs - 1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt mixed with 1 cup self rising flour (opt: add a pinch of salt). Knead until combined (will be sticky! use extra flour on hands). We separate into 8 portions, fill each with Mozzarella while creating a dough ball. Spray with Avocado Oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Air fry at 400 F for 8 min. Dip in Marinara!

    Great haul! You need to try a pineapple smoothie with fresh spinach, almond milk, frozen pineapple and a little banana to make it creamy. So good tastes like ice-cream!

    I had lost 2 pounds last week and gained 1.8 pounds this week at Ww. I need to stop eating after dinner because I get myself in trouble.
