Looks right at home on the Washing Line railway, looking forward to the British modified version.
Keep up the great work :)

Thanks very much. I think it suits the railway too. It ran first time and rarely derails.

Faller was, or is, a very good make. Having had a live steam loco (5inch not Faller), what you have there is a lot less hassle.

They are excellent models, or should I say toys? It required no alterations to the railway or itself and ran perfectly from the moment I switched it on.

Ive only just discovered faller trains but as my prototype is Indonesian and japanese narrow gauge theyre perfect. For £30 or so you cant go wrong.
My track isnt down just yet but almost ready to run trains. A test i doors showed thry handled steep gradients really well

Eine schöne Anlage! Die Gleise scheinen besser als die Kunststoffgleise zu sein, der Zug fährt schön ruhig. Ich freu mich auf weitere Filmchen.
A nice layout! Those tracks are better than the original plastic tracks as your train runs very smoothly. Looking forward to new clips.

Genuinely excited for further updates especially the faller play train ! Also your scratch building sir is on point ! The toad van is genius I like how you took the prototype and shrunk it down to your gauge really good , Only at the kit bashing phase myself right now but give it time! Suggestion get an electric loco next I love the small Swiss electric locos.

Cheers Scott, so glad you like the videos. I’ll definitely keep you in the loop mate! HGLW do lovely centre cabbed loco which would look great with a pantograph on the roof. Food for thought....

@@joshw6226 the LGB electric locos for garden railways really look the part although I’m guessing that’s not the right gauge for your line. But can’t wait to see more.

Just a bit too big for the line unfortunately plus the track is not electrified either. Relies solely on battery powered locos currently but would definitely like a steam engine eventually

Hello Josh. That should be a fun project.
    Exciting news from my end.
I just picked up a live steam locomotive!
I got an Accucraft Forney in 7/8" scale 45mm gauge. It's huge.
Gonna have to find a place to go run it. As it needs 8 foot radius curves!!!
I still have to get some water, and normal lubrication oil before I can fire it up
    Cheers!
    Tim

Great to hear Tim. That must be a big old engine especially in 7/8” scale!!
Really glad to hear it’s all coming together now!

@@joshw6226 yes it's big!! I highly recommend it!
We steamed it up today. My son and I.
And set up a few feet of track. Just running it back and forth.
      It was a great success.
The engine has so many features on it. It would surprise you.
Blower, cylinder cocks. Water tank, handpump, and it's about 15KG!!! So it's heavy!

Hi Josh. It’s running really well. Can I ask how you achieve the reverse loop, which points you use etc.

Hi there, I use Peco points but I removed the springs so that they mice freely. The train passes over them and will go the other way next time it passes. I always wanted something that would take no intervention and it works for me :)
