I agree. Some employers love them. Some employers don't think they are worth the paper they are written on but if two candidates have the same experience, formal education, and are equivalent in most other ways, the certs may be the tie breaker. Other than the cost factor, I think it is generally better to have them than to not in most circumstances.

Hi Raja. Congratulations on passing! I switched to contracting two years ago and have always had work available. I've even had to turn down some opportunities! There has also been a mix of contract and permanent roles available. I'm in the UK so I don't know if demand is high worldwide or if it's just local.
