A tip for people who like getting their moneys worth: you can remove the stopper in a concealer with a tweezer and you get SO MUCH more product out of the tube.
*Project pan idea for eyeshadow palettes:* Pick 3 palettes from your collection 2 warm and cool everyday sort of palettes and 1 colourful palette. This way you will actually be using the palettes to create more looks while, still satisfying your daily change of moods. (It's specially useful for someone like you who has various different palettes to switch it up every month and it will force you to come up with more looks with the same given palettes)
I am so, so guilty of the backup thing. Usually with skincare. I have given away so much unopened stuff just because I am not feeling those products anymore. It is a disease.
I feel like it only makes sense to put cream and liquid products in a project pan, cuz if you buy lots of powder products u can switch em up everyday and they dont expire for a long time
I have three back up double wear foundations, brought for £13.50 each instead of £34 (money off and double discount), but it’s the foundation I use all the time so I don’t feel bad about having them as I know I will use it up before they expire. I’ve been using the foundation for years and it’s my holy grail. I know it works for my skin and last well I can also sheer it out or use it as full coverage so I can wear it all year round. Only other thing I ever have back up of is loose powder but again I use the same thing every day. I won’t buy back up of products until I’ve used two of them or been consistently using for 2/3 months and know it works for my skin.
I bought my first backup recently. It was a Colourpop So Juicy Plumping Lip Gloss and it was 50% off, so, only $4. And they are notorious for discontinuing products/colors from product lines without any word. I have no regrets 😁
Obviously ik it's a tiktok trend atm but I find the KVD Good Apple foundation has the same feel as the glossier stretch concealer and I love it! Incase you're interested since it's your favourite concealer

@@bondebon That doesn't mean your mascara isn't contaminated with bacteria, though! It only takes once and they'll multiply. If you don't want to spend a lot on mascara because you don't use it much, go for one by Essence or something inexpensive.

you should try the colourpop tinted moisturizer and compare it to the milk and glossier tinted moisturizers
I’ve been doing a ten uses rotation with my eyeshadow palettes. It has been great because at least I’m using my eyeshadows

Instead of one palette a month, you could try using one new one a week. trying to get as many different looks out of the palette as you can.
Hard plastic is easier to recycle but NO Makeup packaging is recyclable unless you clean it before putting it into the bin. Just fyi.
