Am puzzled about need to scrub off 'muck'? Really? Seems to me that mom nature didn't have them in a pig pen. Just gravely sand so a good rinse would have made me happy...and family tends to think I'm too fussy about most things with dirt & germs.
So, why is that important? Or is it just you?
