Food service on a cruise ship certainly does come with a steep learning curve..They will get it down to a science shortly, I am sure..Looks like a beautiful ship! Can't wait to see more!
I'm doubting that they're making any of that from scratch. Probably good that you're on the first sailing. Of course, as a big baller in the industry, is the sailing fully comped??

I was thinking the same. All frozen heated up and sent to the table…except the salad and the pie wasn’t heated of course.
I'm not big in the industry honestly. :). The entire cruise was a Friends and Family Preview so it was not a review sailing.
