Bro I heard it's difficult to setup for wireless printing in Canon, is it so? Also I'm on confusion which one has to buy based on my selection.. Canon E560 and HP 4178 could you please suggest one among these two bro..
With canon the WiFi setup might seem complex but if you exactly follow the instructions given you will connect easily, it is just that some people misunderstand the given instructions. As for the options you gave, HP is better in terms of connectivity, HP is a latest model while canon is a model from 2017 with some recent upgrades but E560 supports auto duplex printing, which is great for the price.

Brother what is your long term review now? Kindly suggest if one should still buy a printer or take from shop if usage is very minimal like 5 sheets per week?? Your content is good
I’m using my printer regularly. It works well and I save a lot of time to print as per my convenience. If you will 100% print 5 sheets a week getting it is worth it.
Thanks you so much for the informative video... Details given are short m crisp with clear language... Ur initiative is appreciable...kindly keep up Ur work bro👍.
The ink won’t dry in the tank, but the ink on the print head will clog, so ideally if it’s in use regularly it won’t have an issue. I’ve noticed the ink clogs easily when not used in 5-7 days, we can clear it by doing a head cleaning option, that wastes ink, but that’s the only way about it to get back normal printing.

And also wondering why no one speaks about duplex which is more important for anyone..please advise and let me know, out 3 model which one supports for the same.
None of these 3 models support duplex printing. The Epson model supports manual duplex, I.e it will wait while you will have to manually flip the page and feed again. The same can be done on other printers too but it is not an option you have to be by the printer to do it fast. You’re right duplex printing is important, but since there is no dedicated paper storage in the printer these options are skipped, they are available in higher versions and laser printers.

100 pages, will be difficult without duplex printing. You can choose epson which has manual duplex option. So you feed 50 pages, it prints alternative pages on one side then you flip the whole set of printed pages and put it in the paper feed, so the other alternative side gets printed. If you don’t use any printer for 2 months, the ink on the cartridge head will dry and clog the printer. To overcome you have to take 1 print every week so it’s in constant use. If the head does get clogged, there is a head clean option but it will waste lot of ink, or you have to take help of service centres where they have proper tools to clean the printer head.
Good information bro. I hate HP printers and I have Epson service center near by town. Both cannon and HP it's a nightmare for service near my place. So decided to go with Epson 3150. Any major issue people facing on this model? The USB connectivity, can we use pendrive to scan directly or can only scan and save on computers?. I'm also confusing b/w monochrome multifunction printers vs colour multifunction printers. Which is best in monochrome multifunction printer with WiFi? Thanks
Epson printers are good too, people I know have been using it without any major issues. If you choose monochrome printers, go for laser printers it is best. Colour printers are usually needed for school stuff or fancy projects. In most use cases monochrome is sufficient.
It is best to fill the tank full in one go. As it is designed to be done so. Also ink will remain in same consistency inside the printer than if you store it on an opened bottle.
I observed few things.. After printing 5 to 6 color copies.. Ink has nearly gone to the bottom of arrow level seen on the top.Is it common.. Iam afraid at this pace ink will be finished soon..
For 30 pages per month ink tank is economical. But if you want very low maintenance and okay with black and white alone get laser printer for around the same price.
Check out the printers offered by the brand Brother, I am not aware of the specific model number, but you can choose from their range, they seem to be economical.
For shop usage duty cycle will be more, so you can try Epson or Brother printer models. Also you might need to select a higher model which will get photo print features.
It depends on the types of printer. The problem is the printer head which dries off and thus clogging the spray function. If you have a sealed cartridge it can last for a longer time. Ideally an open head, if left unused can clog within a week. This range can vary, it is just based on my observation.
Ji, For inkjet printers, can we not refill the cartridge rather than buying new ones. I heard from my friend it takes only Rs:70/- to Rs: 100/- to refill. And it can be done in some of the xerox shops or printer shops. This sounds more economical than ink-tank. From your video, I understand per bottle ink is Rs: 400 to Rs: 700 and we would need 4 bottles (Black, and the other 3 colors) so if all 4 colors need to be refilled, it will cost Rs: 1600/- to Rs: 2800/-. Could you please clarify?
Inkjet printers usually comes with replaceable cartridges only and also their ink capacity is very low. I am not aware of any means of filling up those inkjet cartridges, even if there way, it might not be the right way to do it, as you will have to tamper with the inkjet head or the printer in case if there is a leak. Also the page out per refill of an ink tank is much higher than an inkjet, so that is not a direct cost comparison.
Ink jet has few disadvantage, every week you need to print. Or you will waste ink by head cleaning and ink flushing. All the flushing ink goes to ink pad, nothing but a sponge. Once that is full that needs replacing.
Very true. Lasers are the best but double the cost. If budget is not a concern laser is the choice. But for me I have set a schedule to take at least 1 print out every week, which I take more than that, on some weeks where I don’t print anything, I do a simple test print which helps to know the print head’s condition. The advantage of this printer is that it comes with colour prints, it can be used with photo paper to print out photographs, I occasionally do to give out physical prints to family. For people with regular use, who needs colour prints, scan feature, phto copy feature, I would still suggest this printer anyday.
Hi kishore.. My requirement is also the same as u.. My question is how long we can keep the ink tank printer idle with out printing.. So that print head doesn't get dry and damaged..
3000 is good with basics. But there are latest models in same series currently like G3021, which supports more wireless options like AirPrint, has a small lcd display to show copy count etc. based on the price and offers, check on multiple shopping sites and get them as per your requirements.
Glad to help. Then go for canon, am using it for home use only and it’s good but you need to make sure to use regularly like minimum once a week, else you get issues.
Brother, Am not sure what do you mean by scan limit. you can scan only 1 page at a time and the file scanned is either directly stored on the computer or your mobile via the app.
