@@thlee3that doesn’t necessarily matter. I used to be a cross country runner and a wrestler. I had a sub 20 min 5k and a sub 6 mile. At best I could hold my breath for 50 seconds.
@@CityLover117 it def doesn't matter, I smoke a pack a day and haven't run a sub 7min mile in 10 years 🤣, I'm still fit but def not in great shape, and I can still hold my breath for over a min regularly and over 90 seconds if I go under the water. Dunno why it's harder to hold ur breath out of the water, or at least it is for me lol

I agree with the dogs aspect. At somepoint when guys like gsp joined the ufc. There started to be less fighters and more athletes. Thats why gsp was so successful. Yes hes good but he was an athlete in a league of fighters. If that makes sense
