Student pilot gets bad advice moments before his solo. Michael worked extremely hard to get to solo and had one of the best attitudes that pulled him to the finish line of solo. Way to go Michael!

Ive seen some bad advice from cfis I dont own a revo and i have flown with larry. I will say that larry is the most competent, knowlegable ,common sense trike cfi ive ever met.

I couldn't help but giggle to myself when I heard him come of the throttle a bit on initial climb out - I remember from my own solo, that first time you take off - you are frightened by the rate of climb without the weight of an instructor behind you! And the controls feel a LOT lighter! Congratulations!
