Hey Slash, thanks for putting videos out like these, ever since watching your gameplay, mine has improved immensely. I know you just did an AMA (and I left a comment), but I wanted to ask a question. You mentioned steamrolling in the beginning here. Is that the best way to go forward with this meta? Usually, I'd be iffy to break top and bottom in games, because it's usually me chasing those enemy Audinos, but with M2 around, it feels like the only way to go is push in some manner. M2 has been an absolute eyesore and the only way I feel like I can play right now is either 1) kill m2, or 2) avoid it, all the while 3) ensuring my team mates aren't getting underleveled. The only way I've been able to get through most games is playing an insanely offensive Goodra. Any advice is super super appreciated :)

lmao, my leafeon don't do much damage and has not this survavibility, I got literraly one shot by every pokemon in the game
leafeon is a good Pokemon you just need a better team for it ...
Call me cringe but I'm a hard razor leaf aerial ace apologist. I've tried all of Leafeon's move combos and this one is the only one that I like. I wish aerial ace was better though :(
Aerial ace is not that bad! And i dont think razor leaf is bad in jungle at all! I think theres some matchups u should go razor leaf actually

also I was wondering which pokemon to buy. I'm a new player but already reached masters in like 2 months of playing, so I don't have a lot of pokemon. I am an urshifu, crustle, ninetales, and decidueye main, but I wanna try out something else. I saw how cracked you are at lapras, but it's probably gonna get nerfed soon so don't wanna risk buying it. what are some of your suggestions? I am looking for something that is fun to play, and not too bad. I bought absol like an idiot btw. but now I got enough for one more :)

Yeah at this point I always recommend waiting for the next patch and buying the big winner of the next patch, but I also would say just try out all the Pokémon against bots (u can try them all for free in tournament mode against bots) or a ton of free licenses in standards and figure out which Pokémon you love playing the most

This was educational for me. Ive been solo queing still and an update from my last message in a previous video is im now just stuck in ultra 3 lol. I find myself winning 1 then losing 1 just continuously. I do have a question for additional advice if there is any. This isnt to brag but to explain my situation. I top frag almost every game getting on average 15+ but always 10+. I get level 15 in basically every game. I have all the farm times memorized and i cycle the unite move and i target the mewtwo and win those and i get the stacks in and jump in the fights with good timing and get a lot of sneak attacks in. I run razor leaf with the claw. I dont want to say and make the excuse that i get bad teammates but its been obvious at times or ill get games where im getting jumped by 3-4 every engagement. Im always paying attention to mistakes and learning from them. So thats kinda where im stuck at and my question i want to humbly ask cause i feel like i am missing something. Besides this video is there any other advice you could give that you believe i could be lackihg or missing something to get to masters? Im like at about 250 games total of playing and i started playing this game again towards the end of last season. Thank you for this video it made me go over with myself and checking the boxes and make sure im doing things right or not and im really trying to re evaluate my gameplay.
It sounds like you are doing pretty well! And yeah thats the problem with pokemon unite solo queue, in almost any other moba this would be enough to win but pokemon unite randoms are THAT bad haha. What i do is at the rayquaza fight i always dont try to be the first one going in (unless i can get a safe kill and get out) instead I let my randoms soak up the enemy teams unite moves for me first before going in, you can see i never want to be the first engage because that can happen, i only do it when i think ill be super safe, your focus and main priority should be not dying when ur lvl 14 or 15!
@slashcan Alright. So a focus on looking at my last 3 minutes of the game. I did a 5 man que in the discord yesterday actually and got some good guys. We even played two games in a row against another 5 stack who were in the same discord in a 1600 plus vc. We won the first but lost the 2nd both very close games that came down to us winning a team fight then the 2nd i was last up and managed to sneak into the grass next to ray after my 4 teammates died and even jumpingb in last second to steal i just unfortunately didnt get it lol. But i feel good winning against a 1600 plus 5 stack when im just ultra 2 😂 with 15 elims. Im still very new to mobas competitive wise. Ill definitely be focusing now on the last 3 minutes and learning what all i can do as a leafeon. To me this is great advice so thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
@slashcan Just to clarify are you saying when i get level 14 and 15 and its last 3 minutes i should mostly be passive and patient for the crucial moment?

I was _vastly_ underusing the unite. This meant my dps and group fighting ability was absolutely trash, though I was using solar beam like you said before 👍
So Altarias should spawn every 90 seconds starting at 8:00, then 6:30, 5:00 and 3:30?
8:50, 7:20, 5:50, etc the respawn changes by 10-25 sec depending on what pads are broken, so for example if you break their pad instead of spawning in the middle of the lane they spawn on their side of the map 25 sec before they wouldve at 6:15 instead
@@slashcan Oh, you're right! I confused middle Altaria's timer for lane Altaria's for a sec. I didn't know the timer changes based on available pads. Thanks for explaining! :)

Nah, don't change the way you talk for the content. Content creators should never be afraid to be themselves, even if they won't get as many viewers because of it. Besides, are the people you want to "bring to the game" the kind of people who won't watch UA-camrs who swear? Cause the only people who are like that are children, and I don't want to get put on a team with a child who thinks lane cinderace is the best Pokémon in the game
if i remember correctly , the next official tournament will happend in February next year , for now it only have small community tournament
