5. THE PLEDGE OF ETHICS OF THE ICF PROFESSIONAL:
As an ICF Professional, in accordance with the Standards of the ICF Code of Ethics, I acknowledge and agree to fulfill my ethical and legal obligations to my coaching Client(s), Sponsor(s), colleagues and to the public at large.
If I breach any part of the ICF Code of Ethics, I agree that the ICF in its sole discretion may hold me accountable for so doing. I further agree that my accountability to the ICF for any breach may include sanctions, such as mandatory additional coach training or other education or loss of my ICF Membership and/or my ICF Credentials.

Yes! This was a valuable series. Currently pursuing an ICF credential and this video series felt like I was initiated (at least into an understanding) of what it means to be a part of the ICF and to uphold its ethics and standards. I also feel the sense of community that keeps coaching a safe, legitimate practice and service in our world. Thanks to all who contributed!

Code of Ethics tends to be very dry topic. However, this series show otherwise. The different presenter sharing the different standard explained them very well and provide some example too. It makes it so much easier to understand and learn. Thank you Brighton for facilitating the entire series and a big THANK YOU to all the presenters for educating us on these standards.
Very good series on the ICF ethics for coaching! Brighton West was a great host, bright, pleasant and supportive of his guests, as well as on occasion directing them well by asking good questions. All the different coach's who contributed offered their own energy and expertise in a professional and interesting manner.
The Code of Ethics and also the Core Competency series are a very valuable resource. Thank you for doing this. I'm studying for my certification, so these are wonderfully helpful.

I thought this was well worth my time. I appreciated the different "presenters" but also having the consistency of the host throughout. Ethics can seem like a "dry" topic, but its so important, vital and core to the entire coaching profession. Thank you for doing this!

Thank you for putting this series together! I found it immensely valuable in my preparation for the PCC credentialing exam. I found these very helpful to bring the code of ethics to life. I particularly appreciate the diversity of the presenters and their Individual perspectives. I do have two ?s- it seems they reference different values via the current ICF values at least twice in the series. That was confusing though I assume the values evolved after these videos were completed. On the standard related to “power differential”- there was not a clear answer to the question around how to manage that versus the “what” power dimension differential. I still think your question around how to manage It would be super useful to get some perspective on. I have to add that you also seem to be one of the happiest people on the planet Brighton and your energy is contagious! Grateful for you and the time you invested to create these.

Great ressource to understand deeply the code of ethics, in complement of the Insights and Considerations for Ethics (ICE) . Very useful to prepare ICF credential exam by really understandig and making the code of ethics more concrete. Thanks a lot! think I will look at it regularly. I especially appreciated this last video for the presentation of the available ressources for ICF members on ethics topics. We are not alone!!

Thanks for all the series about the ICF code of Ethics. It has made it clearer for me about the terms and impacts for me as a professional coach. The timing is great, the sequences are balanced (speaking time between Brighton and the person sharing information around the topic involved). The examples given are clear. Great job and such a pleasure to also see cultural and gender diversity in it. I feel proud of being part of the ICF community.
