I don't know how I missed this video of your Whit 🤦♀️ It is probably one of my most favorite videos of yours alongside your wood working videos 🔨 I am not much of "crafter" however I am an avid thrifter and picker and love to do thrift flips‼️ Thrifting and then refinishing or upcycling and repurposing my haul is where my heart is ❣️ Plus I absolutely love to work with wood 🪵 I love taking scrap wood, fencing, reclaimed wood, etc. and making it into something stunning 😍 I say more thrift flips for Whit in 2022 😜 and of course more wood projects too ❤❤❤

This was so fun to watch. Your thrift store flips were amazing. The only one I probably wouldn’t have changed was the shelf with the picture frames and hooks. However, I do like what you did with it. I have one of those shelves with the heart in my kitchen. Now I know what to do to bring it up to date.

I have to admit, I should never have watched this video. It was way too wonderful. Now I'm going to keep more of the stuff I was planning to donate. I've been busy purging the last couple weeks. I have loads of really awesome, but outdated, home decor items I've collects for over four decades. I could have a garage sale, but instead of going to donate to a local thrift that supports our county's food bank. With grocery prices so high, it's helped me donate things that before I wasn't able to part with.
Which is nice that you are donating more than you are buying. Very smart. You don't want to wind up with a home filled to the brim with things you are no longer using.

I love videos like this! Omgosh. All of yours look so much better than Kirkland's version. Not just for the price either. 🤣 You and a few other youtubers have inspired me to do the same thing. See something I like, but costs way too much, so I do my version that comes out better. I'm getting ready to do a 'command center' for my best friend. All the ones I see are always lacking something. So with some paint sticks, some Michaels Clearance stuff, some hardware from Amazon, glue/nails/staples and paint, I'm building it. Her favorite color is yellow, so the frames of the corkboard and chalkboard are going to be yellow. And of course we can't forget the Sunflowers at the top. Lol I can't wait for everything else to come in, so I can paint and build it. Lol
I can't thank you enough for inspiring me and others to push our boundaries and to not be afraid to build stuff. ❤ TFS all these awesome flips! 👍🏻
