दीपांशु जी पहले विडियो देखा तो समझ नही आया पर जब दोबारा देखा तो समझ आया की क्या प्लान बनाया हे। इस प्लान के बारे में क्या कहूं तारीफ के लिए शब्द नहीं हैं। 4 बार वीडियो देखा चारो बार ऐसा लगा जैसे चारो ओर प्लाट का फ्रंट हे । ये प्लान तो फार्महाउस के लिए हैं। हा सर एक भाई साहब ने आप से पूजा एरिया ऊपर न रख कर नीचे ग्राउंड फ्लोर पर रखने को कहा हे में उनकी बात से सहमत हूं , जगह तो बहुत ही नीचे पूजा एरिया बन सकता है पर मुझे फर्स्ट फ्लोर पर अच्छा लगा ।👍👍👍👍👍🤘🤘🤘👌👌👌👌👌👌

भाई 30 बाई 70 का प्लाट 21 स्क्वायर फीट में आप मंदिर को ऊपर में दोगे तब तो वह सही बात नहीं है अगर प्लॉट एरिया काम है तो ऊपर में देश समझ में आए लेकिन प्लॉट इतना बड़ा है तो कम से कम जो है नीचे में पूजा रूम तो होना ही चाहिए नीचे में जो बेडरूम दिया है वहां पर जो ऊपर नहीं चढ़ सकते हैं उनके लिए होता है अब उनको पूजा करना है तो वह ऊपर थोड़ी चलेंगे बार-बार

Ground floor whole hall/Parking area going 4 ft downwards from road.
Staircase from back side.
First floor shop with front stairs.
On second floor and above. 3 bhk. At least two rooms should be larger. Two rooms with attach bathroom. 1 kitchen with dining area, pooja area, Drawing room. With decent interior.
My budget is 30 lakh . Land size is 85×43 .
Is it possible to make a modern 2 floor building in this budget?
