In the Silver Ash Institute as Erin, if you don’t find the tape recorder with Charlie’s voice and Jaimie’s phone, it basically cancels the whole Erin not trusting Charlie scene which makes things easier.

What can kill Charlie the second time is an industrial size shredder. 4:34 I believe if you fail the QTE Du Met finds Charlie and kills him by gutting him and hanging him on a hook. A very brutal death like most of the deaths are.

I have some more information here in wase disposal you can fail in the conveyor belt section and if you do you do get a chance to say Charlie by doing the other QTEs and on the roof Kate has plot armor so you can fail trouthout all of it it will not Matter but if du met has Kate tell Jamie to run away because if you tell Jamie to save her she will die but going back to Kate having plot armor when Kate falls from the roof she's fine and not dead and also in the house section with Connie the dog you can eather kill the dog because the dog is a minor character or you can tell Kate to hide and not kill the dog to have the dog survive and also the section where Erin doesn't trust charlie that only comes up if you eather find the eviction notice in the cigarette chapter or see the fake recording of charlie talking to du met and also in workshop mark can find a drill piece to use for his stick to use on du met in the boat fight so you technically don't need to pepper spray and if you don't have those items I guess you just do QTEs to save mark and also if you have Jamie's screwdriver you can attack du met but the time in to pull your screwdriver out is really quick so you got to do it fast
