I usually drop the racquet by dropping the non-dominant shoulder too. Then that shoulder also rises when the racquet is rising, then it levels up with the dominant shoulder at contact. I'm not sure if this is proper or not, but I feel more natural with it.

Great lesson. Title says 3 fixes and I think we got 4 pointers but I consider that a bonus. Solid instruction and presented well.

Any suggestions on how to prevent the racket face from opening up at contact? I struggle with that problem.
