Tip: do as a ultima combo with V activated 1, 3, 1, 2, 1, 3, 1, 2, etc. That does like almost 2 times as much dmg as u do
I was using this combo and I killed a Max shin 4 with it (my ultima is 40 lvl)

If the rules of Ultima are still the same as the old game then by adding regen you weakened either the primary beam or the Vastitas beam. Max strength and Max Health are the only way to make the strongest Ultima because regen and speed nerf the beams' damage.
