Thank you Sifu Chen. Your videos have given me a better understanding of the form and have helped my practice. I particularly appreciate the rear view which allows me to do the form with you. Front view I watch your hands and waist.
This video was amazing because it helped me better to understand when I was able to perform the exercises very well in this session and this video was great for me. The back view was awesome and well done for me in the proper way. thanks!
I start learning and found your videos. You are a great teacher! Your voice is also nice too. I hope I can learn it from your videos! Thank you so much!
Excellent teaching and video presentation, thank you so much for taking the time to do this. I had learned and taught the long version about 20 years ago and decided to pick it up again but with this shorter version.
tyvm. Very helpful for me. I only started a few months ago and i am over 60 so your vids help me a lot to learn the 24 form bec I only get personal lessons every few months .
OMG, I thought I was the only one, I learned that and could do it pretty well when I was much younger. Then I completely stopped for nearly twenty years. And I only got some remote memories in fragments. But I do always remember if you do it right you will feel a warm positive very elevating expand of energy circulating your body thoroughly. It is amazing "Seafood" Peter is the best. He had helped me and people alike a lot. Can't appreciate it enough Thank you 🌞💐🌸🌺😊👍👍👍👍😊🌺🌸💐🌞
I can only say "Taichi" has inherited perfectly both from Chinese martial arts and Ying-yang philosophy in an almost impossibly perfect way just like the diagram "Taichi" itself. TRULY AMAZING 🌞😊💐🌸🌺👍👍🌞👍👍🌺🌸💐😊🌞
This is the best available online so far. Many many thanks to "Seafood" (means "Master" in Cantonese like in Kongfu 🐼 Panda) Peter 🌞😊💐🌸🌺👍👍👍👍🌺🌸💐😊🌞 Sorry,I can give no more than Four thumbs because that's all I got. LOL🌞🤣🌞
Hi Greg, that background music is Chopin's Nocturne C Sharp Minor. It was played by my daughter Susan Chen when she was in Year 11. So glad you like it.
are these vids in some other form that can be downloaded? or a list of written instructions with images to demonstrate I could download? not much room in my house, however I'd be happy to pay for a download I could take with me to the woods using my laptop or even printed out on paper XD
Alternatively, you can watch or download his Vimeo HD online version (all of his Tai Chi 24 Form High Difinition videos included). vimeo.com/ondemand/taichi24form
Why do Europeans do poorly at this exercise? We want to attack. To defend is against our culture. To defend is to be in a safe position. Peter is (almost) always balanced, ready to be attacked. He is relaxed but vigilant, ready to respond to any attack.

The best and easiest to follow I've seen so far. Thank you!
Easy to follow from back view and comments from Peter Chen
Excellent presentation. Most helpful to a beginner. I hope one day to be as graceful.
Vielen herzlichen Danke für diese guten Videos!
Ich mag zwar die Musik nicht, aber die Anleitung ist super gut!!!
Beautifully done -- I share this video with my students as a way for them to practice every day. Excellent!
So helpful and centering in the time of the virus. Thank you so much!

Beautiful video with great instructions! Thank you.
Thank you .this is what I was looking for back view similar to my Taichung teacher😊
Thank you Peter, I practice with you to get "back in the saddle" after a break of .. 18 years. Very clear demonstration and inspiring.

Thank you 🌞💐🌸🌺😊👍👍👍👍😊🌺🌸💐🌞
me too
Yes I'v come back to it at 71y after 10 years gap.
Marvellous, I just wish I had so much space as you have Mr Chen. I can only make 2 movements and then I crash against my furniture :))
I'm constantly hopping between moves to recenter myself away from encroaching furniture.

Great video. Hey, does anyone recognize the music in the background? composer and title? thanks.
Hi Greg, that background music is Chopin's Nocturne C Sharp Minor. It was played by my daughter Susan Chen when she was in Year 11. So glad you like it.
@@PeterChenTaiChiLife Thank you, thank you. Peace.
What is the name of the piano music which plays in the background?
That’s the Chopin Nocturne 20 played by my daughter Susan Chen with a piano as background music.
are these vids in some other form that can be downloaded?
or a list of written instructions with images to demonstrate I could download?

@@PeterChenTaiChiLife this is perfect thank you, exactly what I was looking for :D
The best
Duo Xie from Italy Shi Fu. An ao!
May I pls have the title of the piano piece as accompaniment
Chopin c# minor nocturne. Been playing it since childhood.

Hola mi amigo
To memorize this I would need 20 years at least.
I did it in two months. Just have to divide the form into manageable parts.
it's amazing but I can't follow it, need a real man in front of me for the teaching, I kept turning around with a big mess😅
Xiexie shifu!
The clothes obscure the movement.
I think clothes that doesn't obscure the motion probably hinders it though (unless you want to see him shirtless with leggings on?)
Tai Chi to Chopin????? LMAO!!! This is just plain silly.
