Thanks for the report Steve. I am off the water for a while. Boat detailing today, for sale tomorrow- new boat is due in a couple weeks, it’s being built now. Good luck out there, be safe.
Steve, how do i send you a picture. I just caught my PB after watching the video of you catch your big fish. Thanks so much for your videos. You're such an inspiration to so many people.
Steve had a couple good trips to the delta, first week 6.2 to win big fish at Future Pro event, next week fun fishing 7.5 large mouth, then this week a 7.7 large mouth. Also probably 50 total each week various size. All on plastic with little to no reaction bite. Be there next week for more fun.
Thanks for the report Steve. Still haven’t got my Vexus back. Waiting for parts from mercury, it’s been three weeks now. looks like a good time out there every video I see the water looks excellent. Thanks, Camoguy
The dirty water with current on wood is where all my size has came from I caught a 8.41 on a crankbait a 5 and a couple 4s all off wood with a brown craw crankbait
Hey Steve I was in the mokelumne out of BW and they were spraying all along the stretch between BW and Tower park Wednesday would you stay out of that area if you were going out this weekend ???
I guess I would have to look at how I had been doing in that area and what kind of plan B you have. I think I would give your spots a try but be willing to pull the plug if your not grtting bit. Good luck-let me know how you do.
Hi Steve, I felt your pain on that fish loss in the video opening! The drop shot so far for me only gets the small fish. I found last week that I could replace the roboworm with a plum colored zoom Ol Monster and weed out small fish. Haven’t caught a monster on it, but keepers at least! Thanks again for the report!
Steve..regarding the fish skin condition. Fish slime is a protective coating for them. If they are left to thrash on deck, especially over carpet, they will lose the slime and will be more prone to infection.
Thanks for the comment Clark. I have been doing some research on this problem and you are 100% right. I plan on doing a video on how to safely release fish. I am guilty of flopping fish on the carpet and I will be taking steps to start using my net. I hope to to just get the info out and remind everyone on what they probly what they already know. We all need to do what we can to protect the fish. Thanks again.
Never fun but I would just cut that hook below the barb ,I sunk a jerkbait hook in that same finger i did the braided line yank it out 1,2 pull 😮method 😂😂😂 after i sat and drank a few beers and it came out clean barley felt it😅
I think it is mainly because they have less places to hide . Everything around where I’m fishing keeps getting sprayed . The minute something nice starts its process they spray it .
This channel rules fr💯🇵🇷
Great report, as always.
👍
Thanks Steve!
As always. Appreciate your time and dedication Steve ✌🏻
Nicely landscaped back yard. Can't fish all the time. 😊 Thanks for the update.
Thanks Danny it's great to be retired.

Thanks for the report, Coop. Amazing how much better the Delta has been in 2024 vs 2023 so far.
Thank you Steve for the Cameo appearance 📸 🎣. Thank you for your weekly report and I will send in any useful information I get when I'm out there. 🚣🏼.

Nice job Steve !!!
I’ve caught a trout at Camanche with those fish icks.. I did not touch this fish.. released it asap. I have photos of if.
They really need to remove the phantom line regulation for us kayakers..
It sounds reasonable to do without any harm to the fishery.

Incorrect info on kayak rockfishing
Sorry Dave , what did I have incorrect. I want to make sure I am giving the right info. Thanks
Wonder if the spraying has anything to do with the viral infection in combination with the warmer water.
