And, please also suggest if there are any other cheaper options available?
Why can't the same input wire be passed through the tunnel and buld be connected? Why separated wiring for load? Also, does it save the kwh consumption when switched off?

You would have explained it's features in detail... I understand it's a energy meter but does that control voltage fluctuations? What happens if voltage goes beyond 300V? If it discontinued, will it auto connect back? Does it has Surge protection?
