I really hated that they retconned Mockingbird's assault by Phantom Rider into an affair; that was in poor taste.

I haven't read the story where they retconned it into an affair. If it was just Bobbi cheating on Clint (which makes NO sense), then why did she let the Phantom Rider die?
@@TrumbullComicit's a retcon that appears in Mockingbirds solo run, I think the author was trying to do something more positive for the character but inadvertently just made it worse
Interesting decision to retroactively make Clint correct in his and Bobbi's argument that led to their divorce. I guess anything that helps fix some of Clint's wonky 70s and 90s era writing where writers didn't know the difference between "contradictory but caring" and "disagrees with literally everything because the writer either needs a strawman and/or cheap drama."

Thank you for letting me know that his hook-up with amnesiac Wanda was retconned. That always seemed wrong and selfish to me, considering she was not in her right mind, and he was supposedly a friend to Vision/Wonder Man.
Now we just need to check to see if that execrable Red Hood and the Outlaws book (which has the exact same issue, among others) has been retconned.

Edit: Sorry I couldn’t respond to everyone, i’ve started reading astonishing x-men 2004 but will read dawn of x and x-men grand design afterwards, if the x-men animated series doesn’t cover all the early stories i’ll either read where it left off, read summaries of what happened in guides/ watch youtube videos about them, or read the whole run myself. Thanks for all of your help!
Honestly, hop in with the new Dawn of X stuff. It's incredible and redefined mutants in a very newcomer friendly way.
The best advice I've heard is to go to a comic store and just start reading from here.
Id say either start with the original Claremont run (starting with Giant Sized X-Men number one and then X-Men 94), Grant Morrison's New X-Men, or the first 24 issues and annual of Astonishing X-Men
Dawn of X is like basically a factory reset on the X-men mythos, and it still honors all the stories that came before it. So I’d say Dawn of X/House of X is a great start. Obviously, House of M is great but I wouldn’t really call it an X-men story

I love Clint. Unfortunately the women he winds up with a majority of the time, they're characters the heads of Marvel want to keep not too attached, especially to have them go off on solo series. At least, that's my opinion.
Strictly speaking, within the 616-main comic verse, Clintasha is my OTP for Hawkeye. Controversial opinion ahead, but my least favorite is Bobbi.

@@Kevin-vr3wj Hoo-boy. Okay. So, the short version is I was never a fan of her personality, and her fangirls tend to be on the rabid variety to the extent that if you don't think Bobbi is just the best character out there, you must be a mygoninist asshole.... That really tainted her for me.

Also Clint: Becomes Ronin. Multiple times. Including right before one of the times he broke up with Mockingbird

He's my favorite Marvel character but even I'm like "dude, again?!" when his romance life is back again.
So far he's hooked up with Black Widow, The Wasp, Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew), Moonstone, Scarlet Witch & Mockingbird at least.
This videl makes reference to one of my fave Fraction's moments in his Hawkeye run (& its very funny too). All three of his exs (including his now ex wife in the same issue) see Clint AFTER hooks up with the redhead woman of a mafioso (She even visits him at avengers mansion & kisses him in front of all 3 of them).
I think they're setting up Hawkeye's wife in the MCU as mockingbird because *spoiler* in the last episode of Hawkeye, it's revealed that the watch was owned by Hawkeye's wife and was a shield watch
Mockingbird already appeard in MCU in Agents of Shield. Which are technically canon? It`s confusing because every now nd then they throw some reference to the show, but not to the whole show.

Okay, so yes, I'm gonna be one of those that comments throughout the video... Trying to get some cosplay ideas for myself. Also canonically (as of the 2012 Hawkeye run if the introduction thingy is to be believed), Kate Bishop is a better archer than Clint
The intro always states it as a possibility, but they've never definitively shown Kate to be better. The one time the two competed, Clint won unarguably. It probably morseso comes down to out of universe someone at Marvel thinks Kate needs to be better than Clint in the eyes of some so they can push her as a female Hawkeye and in universe Clint probably doesn't care so much about the title anymore at this point in his life. 70s Clint would have fought her for it 2010s onward Clint not-so-much.

Hello Everyone I'm Specter Prime and from looking at this Comic Drake Video On Hawkeye Hookup I would say Well it is kinda true that Hawkeye been with more then one lady knowing he was with other then both Black Widow & Mockingbird and surprisingly he was with She-Hulk at the moment and love never last with Hawkeye of no mater who is he with and but one thing for sure in the Marvel Movies Hawkeye did however settle down in a nice settlement with the family of his own that he manage to have but it was bad enough that his family became the victims of the vanishing but the truth of the vanishing and the whole reason why Thanos wipe out half of the life I galaxy when he use the Power of the Infinity Stones it was all thanks to Galactus The Planet Eater that is the one thing he feared when he use the Infinity Stone's to take away half of the life in galaxy and Thanos was trying to starve Galactus to death when their are hardly any life in the galaxy when Thanos use the Infinity Stone's since the Infinity Stone's wasn't enough to beat Galactus but Thanos knew their was the way to do it but to divide and conquer and later when he learn about the Infinity Stone's that is when began his search for the Infinity Stone's and made the Ultimate Sacrifice and wipe out half of life in the galaxy and Thanos got rid of the Infinity Stone's but of course The Avengers didn't know this was Thanos was to starve Galactus to death but since The Avengers had brought back all life in the galaxy Galactus is starting to feed once again since had killed Thanos again but just wait tell Galactus comes it will be the whole new Marvel Movie but a good question can The Avengers beat Galactus now that is a good question and I give this Comic Drake Video On Hawkeye Hookup good thumbs up and good credits & points 👍👍✌✌👏👏🥊 and that is it for now and some of you Fans & Players & People would have to at least agree with me on that one on this Comic Drake Video On Hawkeye Hookup & Thanks True Enemy at least.!?¡¿ ♤♡♧◇€£₩¥ 🎮🕹💞👍👍✌✌👏👏🕵️♀️🕵️♂️😎🥊🙊🙉🙈
