Maybe they’ll do the special on the touring models. Not sure about the softails, maybe bring back the deluxe

I would like to see a new mid-sized adventure touring bike. They came out with the Pan Am at a time when those guys were looking for smaller bikes. Despite this, I'd own one right now if it didn't have so many teething issues.

I heard that a new, smaller Pan America is on the way. Maybe later this year or next. You didn’t hear that from me!

Perhaps 24+ will have a few bugs worked out. New for 24 is an updated charging system, and a bigger battery for better cold starts.

@@FXFBS540 Yes, I'm waiting for them to work out the electrical system bugs. Great bikes, but I'll wait a year or two.

They need to fix the Revolution Max line of motorcycles. The first step is to correct the appearance of the motor from the left side, all Harley motors should look good from any angle. This also include doing a much better packaging job to hide the radiator similar to what Indian did with the new Scout line up. Honestly I think Harley realized what a disaster this motor was from a styling perspective and that is why we have not seen the Bronx and other bikes using that motor. They certainly need a broader model selection, again look at Indian for how many Scout models there are and also realize that it is the Chief line that competes with Softails directly and not Scouts but that may be changing.
I traded my Low Rider ST for the new Road Glide as the improvements are very real to include bike handling better than the Low Rider ST did... not sure how they did that but they did

I agree that the RevMax needs a little work. Great motor, but it’s not great to look at. It’s definitely the future of the Motor Company. Thanks for watching!

Scouts more of a Sportster competitor. Indians got the chief line to match up with the Softails.

I want a road glide with a mono shock. This dual shock setup is inferior.

I thought for sure that they were going to use a monoshock on the new models. I mentioned that in a previous video before they were released last year. You are spot on!

The new Indian rollout video was done very well. New models look good and I agree will push the motor company. However, just for the reasons you mentioned is Harley-Davidson has to be very careful of pricing on the Softails. Who is the customer going to be? We are in that loan period and can't do a trade-in. Also, we love our Road King Specials. I can't figure out their plan for it. It is an iconic model. They discontinued the Standard, and it wasn't included in the touring model update.

I’ve been wondering the same thing. It would be a huge mistake to eliminate the Road King Special. It’s a great bike. I’ll see what I can find out.

Similar issues that the Pan America had the first year or so after it was released. Lots of software updates to get them operating properly. I usually wait at least a year before jumping into a bike after such a redesign. ✌️👊👍

Had an interesting conversation with a local dealer rep who said he thought the Ultra Limited and RG Limited would probably be discontinued for 2025. They did not get the upgrade touring model changes. He said they were too expensive and heavy and old guys like me were not buying them. Personally I like the Electra Glide Classic and Ultra Classic as full dressers. Interestingly he said my ole Harley with a little over 40k miles would have little or no trade-in value. Guess I'll keep my ole easy riding chair...LOL! Enjoyed the conversation.

Trade values right now are in the shitter. I would upgrade, but not right now. Our local dealer has begun to put tour packs on the new Road Glides and Street Glides, so I think you’re right. No more Ultras. Thanks for watching!
