2.3.3 Identify structures from electron micrographs of liver cells
Вставка
- Опубліковано 9 сер 2012
- You are expected to be able to identify free ribosomes, rough endoplasmic reticulum (rER) lysosomes, golgi apparatus, mitochondrion and nucleus on an electron micrograph of a liver cell (as an example of a eukaryotic cell)
and how are we suppose to differiatiate the biology when we have the same color, size and shape
Thank you for the vid. Can u please explain what the white spaces are please
Can anyone pls tell me at what zoom of a normal microscope is the inner cell structures visible
how many of you here after solving NBME 20 :)
Me!!
hahaha mee
Me hahah
xD
just curious where are you at now ?
this is bloody amazing and simple bless u!!
+vacumecleaner So pleased to be of service! Don't forget to subscribe if you find the channel helpful!
on that last micrograph, i noticed there were two more arrows pointing at what looked like the rough and smooth ER's. is that correct?
Thank you so much❤️
In the final image what are the organelles in the center above the nucleus with the two line pointed at it by no label?
Please, can you help me with a protocol to check the size of the endoplasmic reticulum using electron microscope or any other technique? Thank you.
Simple and easy to understand.....tq
Thanks you
Actually the title says the real video but it's a photage
please make a video on how to know which microscope was used
These would all be TEM images.
what i don't understand is why is everything 2d and in black and white can't we just make technology that can auctually represent the visual effects animation that we all know
bro they are very small like 20 - 30 micrometers only + they are stained by dyes so that they will be more clear
eg - golgi is stained with AgNO3
mito is stained with janus green b etc so they appear black and white otherwise nothing will be visible. u can use methyle blue to stain chromosomes they will appear purple except satelite, NOR, secondry constriction region whatever
thats cool!
Thank u...
Very good but It will be better with a scale on each image
That would be meaningless since we're watching it on a screen
Jonathan Hole but it would be better because the unit would be listed regardless
No, those are centrioles. The rRER and sER would be smaller.
Very nice
great!!!
thanks
you lost me at "golgi" apparatus lmao
