on that last micrograph, i noticed there were two more arrows pointing at what looked like the rough and smooth ER's. is that correct?

In the final image what are the organelles in the center above the nucleus with the two line pointed at it by no label?

Please, can you help me with a protocol to check the size of the endoplasmic reticulum using electron microscope or any other technique? Thank you.

what i don't understand is why is everything 2d and in black and white can't we just make technology that can auctually represent the visual effects animation that we all know

bro they are very small like 20 - 30 micrometers only + they are stained by dyes so that they will be more clear
eg - golgi is stained with AgNO3
mito is stained with janus green b etc so they appear black and white otherwise nothing will be visible. u can use methyle blue to stain chromosomes they will appear purple except satelite, NOR, secondry constriction region whatever

Very good but It will be better with a scale on each image

That would be meaningless since we're watching it on a screen

Jonathan Hole but it would be better because the unit would be listed regardless

No, those are centrioles. The rRER and sER would be smaller.
