Nah the how does a ghost look less like a ghost type then a dragon with swords and multiple eyes. But to be fair it doesn't look like a psychic type more like a dark type yes its purple (which is associated with psychic) but the swords on it's back can tell a really scary origin.
Adrian Torres id say the swords on it's back look more like it's dead, and it is now a spirit. Most of its features resemble ghost type Pokémon, like the fog. I see where you are coming from though.
