Step 1: (for marination)
Chicken 250 kg
salt 1tsp
vinegar ½ cup
saffron 1tbsp
kewra water
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
thick yogurt ¾ cup
red chilli powder 1tbsp
cardamom powder ½ tsp
green chilli paste 2tsp
cumin powder 1tbsp
coriander powder 1tbsp
red bush colour/optional ½ tsp
chopped onion big 1
cashews ½ tsp
almond ½ cup
poppy seeds ¼ cup
boneless chicken
tomato paste ½ cup
green chilli 2 to 3
almond ¼ cup
cashews ¼ cup
pistachios ¼ cup
oil 2 tbsp
chopped onion 1 medium size
ginger garlic paste one tsp
turmeric powder ¼ tsp
red chilli powder one tsp
salt to taste
boiled eggs 2
garam masala ½ tsp
coriander powder ½ tsp
cumin powder ¼ tsp
chopped green chilli 1 /2
chopped coriander leaves
lemon juice half
step : 2 ( stuff the chicken)

cheese 100 gm
mawa 70 gm
oil 1 cup
step : 3
step : 4 (cook the chicken in gravy)
oil 1 cup

red chilli powder 1 ½ tbsp
fennel 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
cardamom powder ½ tsp
salt 1 tsp / to taste
garam masala 1 tsp
curd 1 cup
tandoori chicken masala 1 tsp
mawa
milk cream
butter 50 gm
lemon juice one
chopped onion 1 medium size
split green chillies
chopped coriander leaves
mint leaves.

Rice 500gm
Cardamom 12
Maze ½ pod
Dry ginger 1 inch
Cloves 15
Black paper 1 tsp
Mutton 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Black lemon 1
Saffron 30 gm
Cashews ¼ cup
Almonds ¼ cup
Mandi cooked by bawarchi
Mutton 3 kg
