15:49 That set of hills in the center of the frame is the resurgent dome of the Long Valley Caldera. That dome has been rising on average about 1 cm per year since the series of 6.0 earthquakes back in 1980. Despite the fact that it's rising, geologists don't think magma is recharging; they think it's actually cooling. Not sure then why resurgent dome is continuing to rise, unless tectonic or seismic forces are working on it. Either way, this massive caldera poses almost no threat of a future eruption according to CALVO.
Doesn't mean the area's not active. There's still molten magma down there along the Sierra escarpment; that's what's responsible for the fumaroles on Mammoth Mountain and the formation of the Inyo/Mono Craters, as well as the basalt lava flows that created Devils Postpile and Red Cones on the SW side of Mammoth Mtn.

Ben, I’m a former Mammoth resident and business owner and I love that town. Your videos of driving around town brings back great memories. In a previous video a troll was giving you some grief, please don’t let a troll or two drive you away. Most of us truly enjoy what you produce and appreciate your effort.

I know you wanted a good leftover steak recipe, but this breakfast casserole is super easy and is a major comfort food when it's cold out. It's a good one for when the guys come for breakfast, and it's great for Christmas morning too. : )
2 12oz Shredded Hashbrowns (not frozen)
    1/3 cup Melted butter ( I use 1/4 C as I don't like that much butter in it )
1 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 1/4 cup Swiss Cheese (shredded)
    1 1/4 cup Ham and/or Bacon
1 1/2 cup Milk (any type is fine)
    6 Eggs
Butter dish, press hashbrowns in dish. Pour melted butter over hashbrowns in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
Layer cheddar cheese, then ham and/or bacon, then swiss cheese. (These steps can be done the night before and refrigerated until the next day).
Beat eggs, milk, add salt & pepper (optional) then pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

****I like to use American cheese and/or pepper jack, whatever you like, and I use ham, bacon and sausage. You can add more eggs as well, you'll just want to add a little more milk, 1/4 C per egg.

Starwood is nice. How'd the placement for the elevator turn out?
    Now I want a hamburger.

Make some sour-dough toast, and scrambled egg batter seasoned with cummin, chili powder etc make a
non-sweet french-toast, and top it with whatever is on hand, easy to slice and serve.

I think it is the house in Starwood that you are closing up for another winter. Will some of the woodwork be exposed for another winter? I know it is wood and used to being out side but it is now dead wood. It may have been treated though. At least the roof is now on. Do you do moisture tests or retreat the wood before sealing off some sections? I think you were going to do that on the end of the beams and get soffits on. Have I answered my own questions?

So the house in Forest Trail… did they just now contact you guys re the chimney ?
I would think they saw the damage months ago, so I wonder why did they wait so long to get a repair estimate?
    Thanks for the video !

I was thinking that too. It is not the only late season repair. Is it down to processing insurance claims? Or just so many repairs needed this year? A mixture of both? Uninsured homeowners putting it off?

You should wrap the ranger in Plow brothers media.

You could either do a steak omelet or a steak fritata. You could also make a breakfast casserole using the steak instead of sausage or bacon.
