Yes for overseas Pakistanis who want to experiment settling here while generating income from abroad... indeed Pakistan is going through an all time low in terms of Political and Financial stability, but hopefully some normality will/has returned after the election ( as far as making a statement is concerned by the Public) 👍

Working in Pakistan are you still seeing the skills you are gaining are on the same level as UK employee? 3. What are the monthly expenses nowadays for family of 2 kids 4. Are you still working in same company or moved elsewhere and how easy hard is it to find remote job living in Pakistan

Actually, that is very solid ( looks more fragile that it really is). But as you rightly said we have set instructions for the kids not too get on top or run around it 👍👍
How's the garbage pick up system working on your street? How many times a week the garbage truck collects? Is there trash on the streets where you live? You did not mention monthly water bill and utility bills?
Garbage picking happens once a week. Bahria is kept very clean I would say with regular cleaning happening on the roads. Water bill is included in the monthly maintenance which is currently sitting at around 8k pcm. Utility bills are averaging 47k ( this has gone up from 20k in 2021)

Walaikumasalam, aap ki support ka shukriya. Waysay tau sab se secure gated communities hain like Askari 14, defence Villas, Safari villas. Then we have DHAs and Bahria jin ki Area wide security hoti hay. Bahria Phase 8 main Overseas sectors dekh lein. Then Safar valley ka area bhi theek hay. Future world keh baray main personal experience nahi hay but I have heard that it is good too ( you should visit and meet the staff to get a better idea). Thank you
We do have some seapage which has surfaced after two years of stay... normally some sort of leak causes this. I think a good starting point will be to call the plumber from Bahria services and ask him to diagnose 👍👍

You were missed, it has been long time since I seen any of your videos. Unfortunately layout of villas is not that great. Garden area is big and if someone loves garden can really make it beautiful place to spent some morning and evenings... Keep it up and congrats you survive 3 years in Pakistan, it might not be ideal for you adults but in long run it will be good for your kids as they are getting their roots strong and knowing more about their culture and religion which would be harder living in abroad....
Bahi jaan app Pakistan Gaye app ko dekh kar aur logo may bhi himat aye gi after all hum ko hi Pakistan ko teek karna hai bhagna nahi hai bhagana hai chore logo ko time to take back our country for our kids future insha Allah soon

how do you manage seapage? my house in defence villas has alot of seapage on walls and servant quarter walls are covered with seapage and fungus

You are welcome 👍. These days the monthly charge is around rs7800. These are paid to Bahria as DHA has outsourced the maintenance of Sector F to them
