Dillon 650 Powder Spill Fix

In it's stock form the Dillon 650 press can spill powder when reloading some calibres due to sharp indexing. This is how I reduced the problem when I'm reloading 223 Remington.
I'm no expert and I take no responsibility for any damage you may do to your own press.
