Ganyan din ako dati, nasa mall ako i forgot to each lunch tapos parang nahihilo na ako. Tapos inisip ko ng inisip na baka pag umalis ako mag isa mag faint ako yon na ang start ng anxiety ko. Di na ako maka alis mag isa kahit pag kain ng salad takot ako kasi baka ma choke ako. Until one day nilaban ko na talaga. Sumakay ako ng train mag isa, and i was telling my self na its all mental. Sa awa ng dyos na wala na. Thank you Lord.

Sometimes you can't avoid Depression and anxiety talaga. Specially when you overcome bullying, ma dedepress ka talaga.Depression is a serious mental illness that negatively affects feelings and life.
