    Endometriosis is what led me to becoming a vegan. Dairy is definitely the worst thing ever especially for someone with endometriosis. I take a supplement called nattokinase which is made from fermented soybeans and I also take bladderwrack . To experience the power of food as medicine for myself has been the most lifechanging thing for me. I grow most of the food I eat organically and hope tp one day grow all the food i eat. :)

      I take bladderwrack as well. I saw it mention on Greger’s site and take it to help lengthen my cycle. I have adenomyosis and fibroids and my cycle was down to 22-23 days. I’m up to 25 days now and just upped my dosage.

    My mom had endo and had surgery for it. I got it really bad but had no health insurance.... I suffered for years in terrible pain (some don't realize the pain can feel as bad as labor!) I went vegan 8/9 years ago and it took years for it to recede but it eventually did. I hope moms reading consider getting dairy out of the diet for their daughters' future wellbeing 💛

      I have a similar story to yours. Took years but WFPB diet eventually made things a lot better for me.

    Jessica Murnane wrote 2 books about endometriosis, ‘one part plant’ & ‘know your endo’, all about how a vegan plant based diet had tremendously helped with keeping her Endo under control, not cure it but def manage a lot of horrible symptoms, amazing books worth the read, loaded with soooooo much info! Also as someone who’s avoided soy for many years because of so much confusing info, soy has been life saving!

      @@DoctorKlaper Thank you so much! I had no idea flax seeds were so beneficial here, and will certainly be introducing them now. Also the information on soy; wonderful, and again, I did not know that. Thanks both for these videos every day

    So interesting about the soy, but it makes sense especially since I already know that women who eat more soy have less cancer probability. It’s all connected to the same thing, estrogen that is out of control. Thank you Dr Klaper!

    I got my tubes tied at the age of 23. It sounds like I saved myself a world of troubles and pain. My daughter has suffered since the age of 15 with endo.

    My question: does cooking ground flaxseeds - in a cake or hot drink - destroy the omega oils?

    • @ItsJordaninnit
      @ItsJordaninnit 3 роки тому +1

      Cooking does not destroy the omegas in flax. They are heat stable

    • @lf7065
      @lf7065 3 роки тому +1

      Yes, they are very heat sensitive! Never heat flax! Store in fridge.

      @@lf7065 that’s true for Flax Oil but not whole or ground flaxseeds. NutritionFacts.org did a good blog article on this exact topic.

    Would exercise and/or deep tissue massage be helpful for the adhesions you describe?

    • @IResonateWithU
      @IResonateWithU 3 роки тому +1

      I exercised and it did nothing to help.
      I'm certain it helped other things though... just did not have an effect on this particular disease.

      @88niteowl88 3 роки тому +1

      Yes! Check out "Clear Passages" They have videos on UA-cam. I'm going to see them for treatment in a few months to get my adhesions broken apart manually without surgery. They have a ton of evidence supporting their technique and there are a ton of testimonials that speak to the effectiveness of this therapy.To everyone reading this, Jesus LOVES you! Let's turn to Him before it's too late. He is the only way to Heaven.

    • @ItsJordaninnit

      Exercise can help with hormones, and lowering excess estrogen, however surgical excision may be necessary. Ensure you see an endo specialist who practises excision only. Not oblation. Oblation surgery is where they burn the tissue rather than removing it from the body... it’s ineffective when compared to excision.

    • @ItsJordaninnit
      @ItsJordaninnit 3 роки тому

      @@88niteowl88 what you describe sounds like pseudoscience... please speak to an endo specialist and get professional help. Don’t be taken in by charlatans who are taking advantage of vulnerable women with fear of surgeries.. I’m speaking from experience... my partner was taken in by similar scams.

    A couple months on simple DIM (broccoli) supplement to flush out estrogen imbalance with some daily progesterone cream from Whole Foods and most PCOS and endo disappears... as do all the yuck symptoms. 🤷🏻‍♀️
