Wonderful, the images shot with this telescope are a gem. BTW , where did you get these lenses . Need a link...! I also made a DIY tele. long back. I used it these days to shoot Jupiter. It looks amazing. did also notice Saturn ring... have not gone beyond that though.... cheers..!

Good video. Try adding baffles inside the scope which helps in reducing stray light. Another thing that you can try is get a second 75mm/500mm lens and place it some 10mm away from the average midpoint of the width of first lens. This becomes like a Petzval lens system used in photographic lenses. The effective focal length will be 1/2 of this for small distance of separation between lenses. So, essentially you will have faster optical system with 1/2 the Fratio. So for 75mm and two 500mm lenses in Petzval configuration, the F ratio is F/3.33. This is a rudimentary camera lens which you can test with DSLR camera if possible.

Hola @misaelescobarruiz1193, buenas tardes. Felicitaciones compa, excelente!!! Un f9 con excelente apertura y gran dstancia focal!!! Dónde o cómo conseguiste la lente del Objetivo? Yo he probado con lupas chinas de las que venden en las librerias de barrio de varios diametros desde 60 hasta 100mm y toca diafragmar bastante para que funcionen y aún así no dan buen contraste con el fondo negro del cielo nocturno. los oculares los hago con apilados de varios tipos de lentes (Lupas de 40mm, lentes de relojero, objetivos de binoculares de juguete...) pero siempre terminan rayados...

Hola si soy aficionado ala astronomia tengo 3 teléscopios un tegractor d 60 mm y 700 d focal tengo un catadioptrico meade d 8 pulgadas y 2000 mm d alcance focal y construí el refractor d 131mm y 1200 d alcance focal mandé a comprar los lentes y el enfocador y lo demás lo construi
Que bacano compa, las lentes y el enfocador las compraste por Amazon o por otra plataforma? Yo tengo un Celestron de 60mm rescatado del tiradero, un sobrino lo encontró tirado en un patio a la intemperie, a sol y agua.... El dueño le dijo que se lo podia llevar si quería y mi sobrino me lo regaló. Le he podido comprar un Ocular Celestron de alta calidad de 6mm, los otros oculares que tengo los he hecho con lentes y tubos de pvc y se los adapto.

Ye problem hoga, aap remove nahi kor sakte . Agar aap concave lense ka eyepiece (jesa binocular ka eyepiece ) use korte ho to ye dikkat dur hojaygi .

Under 5k milta hai, but woh chromatic aberration cause karta hai aur ready made telescopes jo clear image dikhate hain woh over 8k hote hai aur woh bhi reputable brands se, like Celestron. Plus woh satisfying feeling aati hai telescope se jo humne banaya hai aur ham woh kar paye hai.😊
