Gigi and Yuno made it less stressful for themselves while having a bit of fun and successful up to the point where everything fell apart. - Not leaving when the alarm was sounded, not securing the loot, not having an escape planned. Three things Yuno always followed. Gigi should be the heist leader and Yuno should give a list of heist best practices for the crew to follow.
Exactly, Yuno is careful. He’s not been caught yet because he knows how to pick his spots. He always has a backup getaway. He always knows not to overstay his welcome as well.
Let's be real, this crew doesn't have any kind of plan, compared with other crews, even Civ Gang goes to this heist more prepared than them. They just go in, and try to open the doors, and when they fail, each one runs in their cars.
Did the alarm even sound? We didn't hear anything on Yuno's stream. Only the alarm for the roof runners rang out.

@@TetraSky the second alarm was for the bank as far as i know. Cuz from the cops stream i found out that they said they reached the bank 10 mins after getting an alert. So the second one was most likely their alarm but they mistook it for the roof runners.
The main problem is marty doesnt listen to the point where others dont want to listen either.

After what Marty has said, Yuno still thought of Marty when he saw the 404 gold bar 😂❤ and this was before Marty phoned up to apologise what he said before, Yuno was defo at least half expecting Marty to still be mad at him quitting and then randomly joining on the Mazebank without telling anyone. So it was a good surprise that Marty phoned up to apologise, still good hacking buddies ❤

bro lately the rp in the crew has been top tier, especially between marty, lang, larry, yuno and gigi. eatin good with these dynamics.
i feel like gigi and yuno's stunt showed exactly what this crew was supposed to be in terms of heists, it's about the people and having fun doing the job but still being able to get it done, Marty's "loot first idc who is even on the job i just want in the vault" mentality as a leader is killing all the fun and i giggled when he said he meant "hey quitter" in a break the ice kind of way cause he said it at the house before and it was very much passive aggressive like?????

there's a misconception that Marty is a good leader because of Gulag Gang 3.0, but the only reason why he was viewed as a good leader and somewhat respected by his crew was because of XQC, Marty was X's proxy and people joined Gulag Gang because of X or because its X's Gang not because of Marty.

That's the big difference. When the "crew" is a bunch of xQc fanboys they'll take anything just for a chance to be side by side with the goblin. So, Marty putting on a tough guy act with them is tolerated because there's a chance that they'll get to play with the goblin.

Gigi and Yuno wanted to have fun not tryhard. I'm not saying this convo isn't good rp between these 2 but at the end of the day it's 2 different styles and I feel the crew will always clash.
Right also Marty should have checked the HQ before starting the heist but he more spicy rp so I guess that’s a positive (I think)

They (lang crew) are treating Yuno like CG treated Yuno anytime CB did something to CG… Yuno will always be an OP for being a nice guy and for speaking facts when it comes to his POV. Yuno is consistent on who he is and who he was in 3.0… they understood that and backed him up for who he was. That’s why Yuno was loyal to Lang. But now their expectations for him have changed and he’s not going to change, and their frustrated.
Lang should also remember that when Yuno was being so serious of doing robbing jobs they're the ones who didn't take him seriously

No they didn't. GiGi saw the name just like everyone else but she figured it out and reached out to confirm with Yuno. So she didn't sneak him in. He snuck in and she joined in once she figured it out.

Love Marty and Lang! The fact that they're able to have these conversations about leadership styles and the fact that they are able to realize when they are wrong, is so satisfying to watch. These conversations are soo good!

From at least my perspective, I feel something is very over looked in this conversation.
A big reason Marty is not viewed as a "Heist Leader" is because he relinquishes so much control and responsibilities to Gigi because "Running the heist is already to much work". Basically only thing Marty does for prep is buying the contract. The coordination, inventory of supplies, communicating and organizing between members is all handled by Gigi. Reason the whole "PNY card" issue even happened last heist is because Marty has zero idea of their actual supply inventory.
Reality is Gigi IS the heist leader, and she and lang simply allows him to be the shot caller during the actual heist. But reality is he is leading almost nothing, and will never gain respect until he takes on the lion share of the responsibility for not only the Heist itself, but everything that takes place before and after.

Yuno and Marty also have a little gremlin on his shoulder from X, but where Yuno's is all the mad goblino thoughts, Marty's gremlin is the one saying he doesn't need nobody and get shit done at whatever cost. Unlike X, Marty does need people, and I'm not sure if there's anyone who's been close to X that he hasn't scammed, robbed, or held up multiple times.

The problem with the crew is communication. Taking advice from each other. They are all in the wrong. Yuno and Gigi tried telling them we need more cards before going back in and they ignored them. Then wanted to get mad at Yuno for not having enough. Yuno was in the wrong for quitting without saying anything. Yuno could have been talking to more people about getting the cards. Instead of Marty telling him to get more cards. He should have looked into how hard it was to get them. Marty has potential to be a good leader but he isn't there yet.

The way marty yelled and THREATENED Yuno to quit his job and then when someone was needed in that position, he then yelled at him for doing his job but not getting a super rare item that few were getting I can see why no one respects him... he hasn't been respectful. It's nice that Lang is like one of those good bosses that people actually like and seek guidance from. Currently, Marty's character is struggling to figure out how to be a good boss or a bad boss. Marty as a character never had someone (who he respected/look up to) told him directly that what he did is wrong/too hotheaded and should be adapted in any shape of form. Marty look up to Lang from 3.0 already and in 4.0 he hope to learn from him more.

I think Marty has some good points to him but I don’t think he should be the main main leader of the heist. I know he doesn’t want to lead but as far as organization it should be Lang or GiGi that accounts for supplies and strategy in exit plans. Marty can be good on coms. I even remember on the casino him calmly reprimanding people about coms while people were hacking. As far as, okay group we need ABC so Marty can lead from here, it should be someone who knows how to talk to others. Also they should wear “go pros” so they can see where they need to improve. He can even offer advice to the ones who need to lock in.

at the end of the day, marty is the reason for most of the issuse this heist crew is running in to. I think if they bench marty and put in another hacker the crew will run 10x better

@@themellon it might seem small, but a bad leadership is a much larger problem than you realize it is. It is how crews split up. Marty not listening to Gigi and Yuno before Yuno left is a big issue. Why because Marty was wanting to go do Maze bank even though they were not prepared enough for it at that moment aka not enough cards to make good attempt at it. Then every time Marty seeing Yuno calling him a quitter. And the meeting before he left chewing everyone out and telling them they are all replaceable. Yuno and Gigi are not really replaceable they are the better hackers. Marty, and Larry are replaceable.
Marty as crew member but as any sort of a leader is a cancer. Demoralize people, creates a toxic environment that people don't want to be around.

If this maze bank heist, by far the coolest most thought out heist ever on nopixel didnt get him to come back, i dont think anything else will. For those who say he knew the heist, buddha has said multiple times he had nothing to do with the actual heist so idk.

It is not important to get the heist right fast, lang wants the crew to have bonds and have fun in the heist, not everything is go go go do it.
