She makes you feel, which is what art is all about. A true artist enters your world and becomes part of your reality and your fantasies. Grace is a true artist. I watched this young lady since the first time she was on America's Got Talent and I've watched her grow and mature. Her music has evolved with her and I'm blown away her ability to write her own music and her own lyrics. She has been describing to us, in her own way, through her songs, about her life, her experiences, and if you've really been listening, you' will understand that her life has not been easy, not her home life for sure because her parents seem to love and support her, but her life outside of home and at school, where she has been bullied by some, and rejected by others, but she has a heart the size of the moon. She has displayed a maturity beyond her years and her music shows that. Stay true to your heart Grace, you truly are ... one in a million!

@@brogan2194 Sure! Sometimes we think that we're just a teenagers that we can't do any difference in the world, that we can't change it. Grace Vanderwaal is a living example that it is not true. She is 15 years old singer songwriter and ukulele player. In 7th grade she went to Americans Got Talent, which she won. After this she decided to study at home and returned to private school for 8th grade. Grace've never had a lot of friends. One of her best friends is her sister. Sometimes she stuggled with not acceptance from people around her because of her individual style and way of thinking. She is pretty original person, which doesn't care so much about others' opinion about her. She is just being herself. She has hedgehog, which is kind of unheard, but it is what she likes and no one should have anything to it. Grace is also creative. Most of lyrics from her songs are about what she is or was going through. She found a hobby and her own way to be happy, which can be pretty hard for some people. Grace, although she is kind of popular, is still same helpful, energetic and amazing person as she was at the beginning of her "career". Her success gave me a motivation to find my own way to be happy and to never be ashamed of who i am. She is always this sunshine in darkness, smiling all the time. That's why Grace Vanderwaal is my hero.

Hello again Neil - Yes.....just plain mesmerizing..... a great way to describe Grace. As many others have commented, Grace could wear a burlap sack and sing names out of the phone book and I would be mesmerized yet again...….have been since June of 2016. Love this magical song Hideaway- Grace really killed it. And her recent Slipper Room performance introducing You'll Get Bored and You're So Beautiful !!! :)) each completely mesmerizing...….. and out of this world. Grace just sends me to another place. Blown away for the umpteenth time …...just like dandelion fluff.
I can't decide which I like better; You're So Beautiful or You'll Get Bored. I think, maybe You'll get bored because of that amazing bridge that elicits hoots and hollers from the audience. Grace has always been a genius when it comes to bridges.
