- Great scary sounds for Halloween night! You can loop this video by right clicking over the video and check marking (Loop) to last the whole night.
Ripped from a cassette tape in stereo and remastered for better quality.
i removed this video last year due to an issue i had with another video. the other video was removed by a nearly unknown company (mom pop) that makes movie quality sound effects. there loss. oh well.
enjoy the audio. - Розваги
So much nostalgia. I never, ever thought I'd hear this again.
Wow,me neither, this takes me back to my childhood
When I was a kid kid
My kindergarten teacher used to play this in class in October
I have the tape itself :)
Same! My dad played this every year around Halloween and now I’m playing it for my kids 😂😈🎃
i got mine around 1996 at bel air grocery store i think. i still have mine and it still sound ok after all these years. the picture above is actually my tape. i also remastered the sound for better high and lows and removed the noise with out distortion. im glad i brought back the nostalgia or you :P
megamanretro1 can you upload with distortion? i kinda liked that quality to it
That’s impressive! What’s your background if you don’t mind me asking.
Norcal
I have been searching for this tape for a little over 5 years after it popped into my head from my childhood. Every year around this time, that theme song plays over and over in my head. I would search and search for it with no success. This year is the year i finally found it on UA-cam! Thanks so much Megamanretro1!!! You're super awesome!!
lol same here still haunts me as a grown adult only the intro is forever burned into my brain and i love Halloween
Saaaame here
Same with me!
Jess, I believe you are lookinf for

Disneyland Chilling, Thrilling Sounds Of The Haunted House . There are many versions of ths here on you tube. Many from old LP's transferred to digital. I found a CD version and it's very "clean" sounding. Unless you like the record crackle sound of nostelgia. The narration is a woman but has a very Vincent Price-like quality to her voice.
Reading these comments has made my day. So happy others experienced the same nostalgia I had with that song at the beginning. When I was a kid, I would put this on at night and just walk around the living room pretending to be the star of my own horror movie.
LOL same! And I had my dad's camcorder which made it so much cooler 😂
@@jamieaaw amazing
Oh, man I remember when I was a little girl in the 90s and my grandmother had this cassette and always played it around Halloweentime. I remember being so scared of this cassette that I actually cried lol. Never DREAMED I would hear it again, so thank you so much for the upload!!
When I was 4, I had this tape, and that opening song scared me so much that I ran screaming from my bedroom and my parents mock me for it to this day.
I used to own this tape. Now I have it on CD and it's on constant play no matter if it's Halloween or not.
Same!
It's a awesome tape.
same!@@savagedaughter9904
Where'd you buy it?
I have the cd of this song
7:07
*Man:* You've entered the wrong door. And YOU'RE NOT COMING OUT ALIVE!!!!!
*Girl:* (screaming)
*Me:* My brother loves that part.
I love that part too!!
My dad Rest In Peace used to say that all the time he loved to quote movies and tapes like that. He used to hide in the basement with a Halloween mask and Jump out and scare us when we were children.
Man: “It’s a shame you don’t appreciate my hospitality.” 10:40
Man: “Who’s next?” 13:35
Is that Jim Cummings?
Had this tape as a kid too, and I always joked (and still do) that the noises at 7:50 were the guy just trying to open a bag of potato chips and failing miserably.
*sniff* All he wanted was some chips to eat on a stormy night...
I always thought it was a guy taking a good piss lol
Bwaha
I've been looking for this forever !!! That song at the beginning still randomly goes through my head around Halloween.
Same here.
me too, my father would play this while giving out treats every year. We'd leave with it playing and come home to it still on repeat
same here!!! i'm so glad i found this.. i wonder if that little tune has a name or it was unique to this tape?
I bought this cassette many years ago at the Dollar Tree. Then I lost the tape and never saw it again. Wow blast from the past! When I saw the thumbnail while scrolling, I almost shrieked in joy 😂. Thanks for uploading this!!
I too was part of this generation owning this tape as a child. Nice to hear the intro once more!
seems like Halloween was more unique back then :P good times.
Hey maybe you should put this on Spotify or other platforms that’ll make it easier to find for those who don’t have UA-cam
@@josedamian-puga2563 i dont know how plus any one and and device can acsess youtube.
Halloween was so much better when I was a kid in the 90s
anyone here after listening to German death reggae?
Hahaha.
Me
And Bette Middler ... obviously
I literally searched 1950s Halloween sound effects lol
These cassettes still are great collectibles today ! I'm always looking for more.👍🙂
This tape scared the hell out of me when I was a kid in the 80's. The part with the guy screaming is really disturbing.
I remember playing this over and over as a kid in the 90s!
"It's a shame you don't appreciate my hospitality!" I got this tape from a grocery store when I was about 15. I love the theme song too.
lol same here. i got mine from berair back in 1997 :P
@@megamanretro1 what's berair?
I remember having this tape as a kid in the 90s. Me and my cousin once set up a "haunted house" in my bedroom and played this tape in the background, and charged the neighborhood kids to walk thru it (we accepted loose change or candy & snacks as currency). Good times lol
I always wanted to know what was going on in the tape... I think the mystery of the noises is why I found this tape so scary when I was little.
I agree. I still have the images in my head that this tape created over 20 years ago.
I used to imagine there was a big building and this killer man with chains dragging going down the hall killing people in the rooms. Then I used to imagine the monster man outside chewing up the birds. Mmm.
Kids these days will have no imagination!
@@angryoldman9140 I agree with you. Not many kids do. They mess around on social media with all the adults.
As a kid I may not have knew much about reality with taxes and bills and all the other daunting stuff, but I had one hell of an imagination which i’m glad i did.
I am so happy I found this! as a child I always remembered the wrong door thing and it scared me so much. it left such an impression on me. I kept trying to find just the one quote but I never could and now I've found the entire tape. 😀 I'm so glad.
+Lenaya Carter im glad you found it :D i know the feeling when i find something too :P
+Lenaya Carter If it still scares you, get help.
@@megamanretro1 can U find this off of Amazon ?
I used to listen to this tape over and over every Halloween when I was a kid. Thank you so much for uploading this.
when i was pretty young back in the early two thousands we had a huge boombox we would put this tape in every halloween season. my dad made a whole graveyard worth of graves with names like "ben dover" on them in sharpie. we had lights and flying ghosts in our yard and it was probably them most decorated house in our neighborhood. i think it got in the local newspaper one year. thank you for posting this. it really brings back memories of my favorite season!
That first (and last) track brings me back to my childhood 80's Halloweens! It also reminds me of the Garfield Halloween Special. Makes me wanna carve pumpkins real bad too! Thanks for posting!
we had this tape when my kids were trick or treating & my youngest daughter wanted the tape (she’s 29). we searched through everything at home & couldn’t find it . she was so bummed . i randomly searched for it here on UA-cam tonight & SO HAPPY - i sent her the link she is SO HAPPY . thanks for posting it
I still have this cassette tape laying around somewhere...Thanks for bringing back the good memories.
This sounds like medieval music 😂
I remember listening to this when I was little. I was born in the late 80's and got it from my dad. Me and my brother used to listen to this back to back. It's an excellent tape and very nostalgic to me. My original tape failed and was tossed out. Thank you for the upload!
Holy smokes! I never thought I would ever hear this tape again brings back some good old childhood Halloween memories. Thanks for the upload this is great!
Omg that tune in the beginning man thank you so much for the blast from the past !!
I've been searching for this for a very long time, scouring through video after video. Thank you for this, i swear i thought i would never find it again.
Duuuuuude, I recognized the tape just by the label, but as soon as I played the video, the music told me I'd found my piece of nostalgia. Thank you for posting this!
I used to go to sleep listening to this tape when I was around 7 years old. No joke.
lol nice :P
Its actually really relaxing
@@whiterajah2072 Apparently
My mom used to play this in the minivan, on the way to elementary school during autumn.
Seeing Halloween decorations on the porch when I was dropped off by the school bus at the end of a long October day was proof that Halloween had begun. September 1st, every year.
Walking inside to find the warm comfort and aroma of pumpkin candles and muffins - it was a time of respite and reprieve - to be soon broken by the cold embrace of a five-foot winter.
These memories, left to me - by my own self. As I reminisce, as I remember, as I walk toward you down this hall, in heels...
You're mistaken. For, you've entered the wrong door. And you're not coming out ALIVE!
I’m currently decorating with my grandma for Halloween and she had this tape. Every year since I was little she would surprise us from school that she decorated the house and play this. This year we found that the tape was warped. So happy to find this!!
Ah yes good times. Grew up with this tape. Its almost Halloween once again and time to enjoy it once again!
my favorite halloween tape ever. the beginning is the perfect music to get me in the mood for halloween :) searched FOREVER on here for it and finally found it! thanks!
I have this tape. But the paper on it to identify the name of it has come off because of how old the tape is. But I am glad you posted this. Thanks so much.
Finally!. I've been searching for this track forever. This is what we played on Halloween for the trick or treaters when I was a kid. Thank you thank you thank you!
well it was up last year but i removed it temporarily. glad you enjoy it :P
These sounds actually gave me nightmares as a kid.... There is a part in here where is the sounds of somebody ripping somebody else apart with a chainsaw..... And then you can hear it in the victim's voice while he's screaming and guzzling blood through his throat.... It's so crazy....and so much nostalgia...I love it
ive been looking for this song...the first one..for many many years now- finally clicked and found it..AMEN TY
glad you found it :P
Was so mad and sad when I saw my tape was broken...but so happy to find these sounds once again.
❤❤❤ thank you! ❤️❤️❤️ -90’s kid, looking for this tape forever 😊
Thanks for the upload, I've been listening to this since I was 8 years old.

FINALLY I FOUND IT. My dad had this tape . We used to listen to it all year. Different times those were.

+Chris Litts I bought the CD at Osco Drug store in the 90's, yup played it continuously.
Sounds better than my old tape, thanks!
I came here, and continue to return from actually owning this tape as a child. Scary ass shit
This brings back so many halloween memories.
ahh it was nothing really lol. it only cost 2 dollars on ebay lol. thank you for the compliment :P hopefully i get it tomorrow. and hopfully i can get it uploaded before halloween night. (slow internet)
I was so scared of listening to this when I was a kid I had to run out of the room once and wait until the tape finished to go back x.x
IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS FOREVER!! THANK YOU!!
I love this tape!! It was my favorite when I was rlly little (3-4), my grandparents kept it in their truck for me and I would ask to listen to it a bunch even when it wasn't close to Halloween XD
Lol nice :P
My childhood memory! Also it get me the chills when I was a kid too!!
Man, this sounds great!
Been looking for this for ages!! THank you so much!!
Vincent Price is resting in his grave hearing these sounds.
Brings back so many memories 🎃
I have this cassette. So many memories.
Oh, I haven’t listened to this in so long, a decade at least, and I was a tyke then. It’s always good to go back to the past sometimes.
I beenlooking forthis for awhile now thanks for uploading it
no prob.
This was the tape me and my brother had as kids. Remembered it and started telling my kids about it, and now they're listening to it too.
Awesome job mm! I just ripped my copy and it was horrible quality. I couldn't believe this audio was available. Wow!
The scream at 2:46 in the background always made me think a cat was laughing at the guy. Listened to this and the Rubie's Disk all the time during October in the early 2000s!
I use to have this tape as a kid and would listen to it and hide in my little play tent ive been looking for it for years!
Cool. :) Thanks. It doesn't matter if it comes at Halloween.
It’s true , what you don’t see is so much scarier than what you do see. Our imagination fills in the blanks.
This brings me back to a time when everything was simple. I literally play this in the background and listen to with my cousins. Only the 90s kids can understand this
my sister and i would put on our scary costumes and a strobe light and slowly open the door, pop out and have my dad do a BWAHAHAHA through the doorbell intercom, it was better than giving away candy hahaha
That's friggin awesome lol
I love the intro and ending song.
I remember this so well!
Damn i finally found it! We had the C.D. version of this from my childhood parents played it out of the top windows of our house every Halloween on the old boom box stereo. Still haunts me.
