At 82 - I know just what you mean!!! I got lucky though - I quit going to one center that had always been a center for Real people - thoughtful, kind, skilled, caring. THEN came Covid. The Center changed medical staff - Holy Cow - nasty nasty. This 'professional' was almost demanding that I take things that were unproven - I asked if she had been following the VARES reports - she snorted - what's that!!! I didn't go back. Fast forward a few years and I heard that the Clinic had a new professional on staff who was a true human - and she was amazing!! I am praying she will still be there for my 2025 check-up - so there are 'Real Humans' left in the medical field - it just takes checking around and Holding for Luck.

It's true they come and they go and we are just along for the ride!!!! I'm sure my people will turn out to be okay. I am fortunate in not needing to go very often!!!

I only go to the doctor once a year and the only reason is that doctors leave their practice so often and I want to maintain that relationship. If possible it's best to stay away unless it's an emergency.
